Man, I wish I could give credit to the artist/compiler for this beautiful graphic, but as is often characteristic of the greatest human beings, they apparently did not take credit for their product. The sources are cited on the right-hand side, though.
Show this to climate-change deniers (if you know any that still exist), but be prepared for them to dismiss it because it conflicts with the paradigms they were taught. That being said, if you are one of those people, kindly consider that your teachers probably weren't scientists either. Science isn't always right, but that's why we do it; to discover what is.
One really good way to make change without actually doing anything is to help other, more dedicated people do it for you. One of the ways to do that is by adding your name to petitions like this one:
Mizzou, Stop Funding Fossil Fuel
And this one, for example:
Enterprise, Stop Funding ALEC
In the meantime, you might learn things like which companies to avoid supporting with your hard-earned dollars. In the case directly above, the rental car company, Enterprise, is suggested to be in cahoots with a mysterious organization called the American Legislative Exchange Council that, pending further review, also appears to be evil. The one hosted at this web address kindly asks the University of Missouri System to stop funding fossil fuels.
Don't be deceived. Every voice is a voice.
